March Is the Luck of the Irish with you? Spring is right around the corner, as the first day of the season this year is Friday the 20th. There are sure to be many activities taking place so have fun, be safe and enjoy the festivities! The Safety/Security Chairperson position with the board is open. The responsibilities include communicating issues to the board and contract deputies. You would also work to pursue safety improvements with the county traffic department and would be a community liaison with the security patrol by receiving and reviewing the monthly Sherrif's report and passing that report on to the communications chair for publication in the printed newsletter. The safety chair also communicates issues and makes recommendations to the board with regard to community safety and security.
